Our programs are effective and the proof is in the pudding! We are proud to show before/after pictures of transformations of our clients on our website. And what you’re seeing is only a handful of pictures. We’ve got many more clients who have gotten results!

Support

Ongoing! We follow your diet and nutrition to the core. Your relationship with us doesn’t end at each workout session. We continuously measure your weight, BMI and fat % to ensure you’re on the right track.

Individuality

pYou are NOT a number at World Class Personal Training. Since we have a studio setting, everyone will know your name. That includes all staff as well as clients - we build member relationships too!

Training Facility

World Class Personal Training is more than just a mat and elastic band setting. Even as a studio, we have the right gym equipment to train you effectively so you get maximum results.

Protective Floor

Work out on an 18-mm double-layered grey (not the typical dingy black) rubber flooring. This will protect your joints from high-impact exercise. Check the floor picture out in our Gallery Page.

Dedicated and Not Shared Facility

World Class Personal Training studio is a dedicated location! We own our location.

Effectiveness

Beware of other fitness programs that do not provide before/after pictures of their clients on their website. This suggests that their focus is on volume!

Support

Nutritional support and fitness assessments are treated separately from workout plans; this often entails a high cost of service.

Whether it’s a big box gym or a bootcamp, you’re just a number due to the high volume of members.

Training Facility

Outdoor/indoor boot camps usually only feature minimal fitness equipment (mat and elastic bands) and these alone are not effective enough to transform your body.

Protective Floor

For outdoor/indoor boot camps, workouts are either on green carpeted floor (with concrete underlay) or on asphalt if they’re outdoors. This will damage your joints in the long run since they’re unforgiving surfaces that put a lot of strain on the body.

Dedicated and Not Shared Facility

For indoor/outdoor boot camps, the location is either outdoors or a rental space that is shared with another fitness facility.
