Sean has been a Personal Trainer for over 6 years. His background includes training at National Football League and Youth Football League performance camps, as well as training individual clients of all fitness levels. Sean’s fitness domain includes Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss and Athletic Performance. Sean provides his clients a step-by-step approach in dietary, physical, and mental/wellness areas. He believes that we are born with an innate ability for athleticism, and has dedicated his career to not only bring out that athleticism, but also develop it to a level never before expected by the individual. Sean's fitness philosophy is "take gradual steps". By taking gradual steps, you can achieve higher fitness levels without letting stress and overwhelming feelings get in the way of your fitness journey.
